He has 12 years of experience in market research working at nearly every type of company within the industry (SaaS, DaaS, full-service market research firms, healthcare MR, and sample suppliers). Throughout his career, Duffey has taken on various roles ranging from client service, marketing, operations, GTM, and product development. In his current position, Duffey is focused on further evangelizing ResponsivMR’s commitment to customer centricity and fostering strategic partnerships with Responsiv’s clients.

John Delgado is Vice President of Client Development at ResponsivMR. Delgado received his BA in marketing from Temple University. He started his career in research at one of the largest data collection firms in the industry where he proved highly effective in conducting efficient, top quality project management. John prides himself in developing and nurturing lasting, trusting business relationships at Responsiv.

Michelle Jones is Director of Operations at ResponsivMR. Jones is a graduate of Palm Beach State College, holding a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Her extensive career in market research is rooted in directing call center operations. At Responsiv, Michelle is dedicated to promoting rigorous quality standards, with efficient day to day management to ensure all project timelines are met.
